Welcome to iSew. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iSew website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
By accessing or using the iSew platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 13) to use the Services.
iSew is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers and stylists. We provide the platform; sellers are responsible for their listings and for fulfilling orders. Except where we act as the seller of record, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, or for the accuracy of listings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. By default every account is a buyer; you may apply to become a seller or a stylist, subject to approval and the additional obligations below.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant iSew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate any law.

Sellers must provide accurate product information, honor listed prices, and fulfill orders promptly. Stylists must ensure recommendations and content are genuine and lawful. iSew may suspend or terminate seller or stylist privileges for violations of these Terms or our quality standards.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. iSew collects a commission on successful sales as described in the applicable seller or stylist agreement. Payouts to sellers and stylists are made according to our payout schedule and policies, net of fees and any applicable taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our marketplace policies and, where applicable, the seller’s stated policy and your statutory rights. If you have an issue with an order, contact us and we will work with you and the seller to resolve it.
The Services include AI-powered features (for example, the Lya styling assistant and AI-assisted listing tools). AI output is generated automatically, is provided for convenience and inspiration, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before relying on them. Use of AI features is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The iSew name, logo, software, and platform content (excluding User Content) are owned by iSew or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Services without our permission.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account in the mobile app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and our users. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
